BHAKTI MASTER CLASS: Saturday, March 30, 1:30-3:30pm at The River Five Points

Bhakti is the yoga of love and devotion, service and surrender. It is the yoga of the heart and is a pathway to remembering the divine song that is always being sung deep within the essence of the heart. Nourish your own heart and reinvigorate your connection to yourself, to others and to the wonder that is simultaneously within and beyond it all in this two hour workshop that will include chanting, offering and honoring in the folds of a sweet and sweaty vinyasa practice.

Jennifer will teach us some ancient chants and play the harmonium to lull us into a state of wakeful bliss.

$30/Members: $25

RETREAT TO MEXICO WITH JENNIFER JARRETT & DANIELLE BARBEAU: OCTOBER 19-OCTOBER 26, Xinalani Retreat, Details and booking information coming soon. Email me at jennifer@jenniferjarrettwellness.com if you would like to be the first to know!

Jennifer offers a sweet, sweaty, and soulful vinyasa flow. Her classes are an open invitation to move and breathe from a  place of gratitude and love and to connect to body, breath, emotions, and heart. She believes strongly in the power of yoga in helping us to remember who we really are so that we can begin to show up as that light for ourselves and for the world.

Jennifer teaches Bhakti Flow (the yoga of love and devotion) classes, workshops and serves as guest faculty to teacher trainings around the country. She has been teaching since 2007 and is grateful to have been influenced by many teachers, while having trained most extensively with Rusty wells and Saul David Raye. She served as co-director for Rusty Wells’ Bhakti Flow Teacher Trainings in San Francisco for three years. Authentic and compassionate, Jennifer’s classes are steeped in the deep roots of Yoga and the tradition of Bhakti. It is through the very wisdom of the teachings and the profound influence of her teachers that Jennifer shares this ancient wisdom in an applicable and accessible way, guiding practitioners to connect with their body, breath, emotions, and the ever expanding heart of love in the folds of a challenging yet balanced vinyasa practice.
